We are seeking a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to support social media marketing and brand visibility across multiple businesses, including:

Training Institute (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
AI Consulting Services

This role focuses on consistent posting, engagement, and visibility using AI tools.

🎯 Weekly Responsibilities
📱 Daily (1–2 hours/day)
Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva) to:
Generate captions
Create post ideas
Design simple graphics
📅 Weekly
Plan content for the week
Ensure consistent posting (5–7 posts/week)
Update business pages with current information
📣 Marketing Support Tasks
Promote:
DNA testing services
CPR/First Aid classes
AI consulting services
Help drive inquiries and visibility
Assist with simple flyers and promotional content
🤖 AI Tools (Required Mindset)

You will:

Use ChatGPT for captions and ideas
Use Canva for visuals
Follow structured content systems
