Full-Time Customer Service Representative

About the Role
TwinklingTree is an 8-figure home-decor brand famous for its viral illuminated trees and statement lamps. We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and deliver an outstanding support experience to our global customers.

What You’ll Do
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and social media
* Manage and engage with customer comments across social platforms
* Track, analyze, and prepare customer service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction

What Makes You a Fit
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or retail
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests at once
* A friendly, solutions-focused approach to helping customers
* Ability to work effectively within a remote, global team

Compensation & Schedule
* Competitive weekly salary
* Full-time position (40 hours per week, remote)
* All hours are aligned to Philippine time. Graveyard shifts are not required.
