Project Overview
We are restarting a DeFi product that was originally built by an experienced developer about a year ago. The project was paused due to a failed funding round, but funding is now secured.
We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack Web3 developer to:
• Complete the remaining development
• Deploy the system
• Maintain and scale the platform long-term
Budget is not a constraint — we prioritize technical excellence, reliability, and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities
• Implement remaining features from the technical specification:
oVault withdrawals
oSecurity improvements
oGas optimizations
• Deploy and upgrade smart contracts on BSC (testnet & mainnet)
• Integrate and maintain admin dashboard with on-chain data
• Debug issues and improve UX:
oTransaction status handling
oError states
oLoading states
• Maintain and upgrade both frontend and smart contracts
Optional
• Set up CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring and logging

Required Experience
• Full-Stack Development
o Production experience with Next.js + TypeScript
• Web3 Integration
o Experience with Wagmi, Viem, RainbowKit (or similar)
• Smart Contracts
o Strong Solidity skills
o Experience deploying & upgrading contracts on EVM chains (BSC/Ethereum)
o Familiar with:
Upgradeable contracts (proxy patterns)
ERC20 / ERC721
DeFi concepts (staking, vaults, referrals)
