Role: Full-Time Trainee/Independent Contractor (2-Year Advanced Developer Residency)
Company: ASG Platform (US-based tech, remote-first)
Location: 100% Remote – Philippines
Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time (Aligned with U.S. East Coast Business Hours)
Compensation: Monthly Stipend/Allowance ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 (Competitive, Performance-based)
Program Goal: Direct conversion eligibility to Permanent Senior Software Developer role after 2 years.

WHAT IS THE RESIDENCY?
This is a paid, full-time 2-year immersive program for experienced Filipino developers (3-7 years experience) designed for accelerated technical mastery.

You will receive one-on-one mentorship from Senior Filipino Developers and work directly on high-scale, modern systems, focusing on technologies like WebAssembly, AI-driven features, and complex backend architecture. This program exists to bridge the gap between local talent and global-level engineering challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking developers ready to accelerate their careers and commit to our core culture of ownership and radical candor.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS (Must-Haves):
Experience: 3–7 years of solid coding experience (professional or freelance).
Core Stack: Expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or TypeScript.
Backend: Strong understanding of backend frameworks, designing and consuming APIs, and database management.
DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Commitment: Full-time commitment to our night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH time).

HIGHLY VALUED SKILLS (Nice-to-Haves):
Experience with AI models, WebAssembly, or machine learning pipelines.
Leadership experience or prior mentorship roles.
Portfolio or GitHub contributions showcasing advanced projects.
