Female Virtual Assistant/Social Media & Email Marketing

Hi there,

We’re currently hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce brand.

We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and very comfortable with tech. The ideal person will be confident handling day-to-day admin and social media support, while also bringing stronger technical skills to help us set up and manage our Amazon store, work inside Klaviyo to build and maintain email campaigns and flows, and assist with website updates.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing systems, and problem-solving independently is a big plus. A background in something like computer science or similar technical training would be amazing.

This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving business, so we need someone who can jump in, figure things out, and become someone we can truly rely on.
