Facebook Page Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Facebook Page Manager to manage our Facebook page and help maintain an active, engaging, and positive online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for posting content consistently, interacting with the community, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activity on our page.
Key Responsibilities:
* Post 3 times per day at scheduled times (e.g., 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM)
* Monitor and respond to comments to maintain active community engagement
* Ensure consistent and timely content updates on the Facebook page
* Maintain a positive, respectful, and responsive interaction with followers
* Adapt quickly to workflow instructions and maintain productivity

Mandatory Skills:
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
* Excellent written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Facebook’s platform and page management tools
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:
* Experience managing social media pages (especially Facebook)
* Basic content writing and caption creation skills
* Creative mindset with an understanding of audience engagement
