Facebook Ads Strategist - Remote

We are a performance-driven marketing company specializing in high-budget advertising campaigns. We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Strategist to design, manage, and scale campaigns that deliver outstanding results. This is a fully remote role for candidates with proven expertise in paid social advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads with monthly budgets starting from $50,000+.
Develop targeting strategies, creative concepts, and funnel structures to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Facebook Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations.
Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and meeting CPA targets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
