The "Why" (About Us)
We are an e-commerce content agency that values clarity over fluff. We don't believe in churning out generic articles just to fill a page. Every sentence we publish has a purpose: to help a customer solve a problem or make a purchase decision.
We are looking for a writer who thinks before they type. We don't care if you know "SEO jargon" yet—in fact, we prefer you don't. We want to train you on our system. If you are logical, curious, and love stripping away complexity to find the truth, we will teach you the rest.
The Role:
This is a training-focused role. You will start by mastering the fundamentals of persuasive web writing for e-commerce.
No Experience Necessary: You do not need years of agency experience.
Must Have Logic: You must be the type of person who asks, "Does this sentence actually mean anything?" rather than just filling space.
The Goal: We will transform you into a high-level digital strategist over time.
What You Will Do:
1. Deep Research: You will dig into product details and customer questions. You won't just rewrite what's on Google; you will find the correct answer.
2. Structured Writing: You will write product descriptions, buying guides, and blog posts that follow a clear, logical structure.
3. Learn Our System: You will learn our specific method for content creation. We need someone who can follow a logical framework, not someone who wants to "freestyle."
4.Edit for Clarity: You will take complex information and make it simple and easy for a customer to understand.
Who You Are:
You value efficiency: You hate reading recipes that have 5 paragraphs of life story before the ingredients. You want to get to the point.
You are a "Why" person: If we ask you to write about a product, you want to know who buys it and why they need it before you start.
You are coachable (with a caveat): You are happy to follow instructions as long as they make sense. You learn best when you understand the reasoning behind the rule.
You are detail-oriented: You catch logical inconsistencies in movies or arguments.
= The Application Challenge (The Logic Test)
Please do not send a generic cover letter.
Pick a simple product that you actually like to use. Write a 150-word description of it as if you were selling it to someone who has never seen it before. Do not use any AI tools to write. We will use AI detector tools to double check.
Goal: Be clear. Be logical. Explain why it is useful.
