E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (Amazon Affiliate Store Build & Scale) Create/ Scale EStore

@galaxygleammedia.com I’m looking for a resourceful and self-driven Virtual Assistant to create, launch, and help scale an e-commerce store using my existing Amazon Affiliate account. This role is focused on building something from scratch, optimizing it, and helping it grow over time.

This does not require paid ads to start. Creativity, research, and execution matter more than budget.

Primary Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Store Setup (Free / Low-Cost)
• Research and recommend free or low-cost platforms (examples: Shopify free trial, WooCommerce, Amazon storefront, blog-style store, etc.)
• Build a clean, simple, and conversion-friendly affiliate e-commerce store
• Set up:
• Homepage
• Product/category pages
• Amazon affiliate links
• Basic branding (layout, colors, structure)
• Ensure the site is easy to navigate and mobile-friendly

2. Amazon Affiliate Integration
• Use my existing Amazon Affiliate account
• Correctly place affiliate links on product pages
• Ensure links are compliant with Amazon’s affiliate policies
• Organize products by niche, trend, or category

3. Product Research & Store Strategy
• Research high-interest / trending products on Amazon
• Identify niches with:
• Strong demand
• Reasonable competition
• Good commission potential
• Recommend:
• Product categories
• Store themes
• Scaling ideas

4. Traffic & Growth (Organic / Free Methods)
• Suggest and implement free traffic strategies, such as:
• SEO-friendly product descriptions
• Blog or content pages
• Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok product posting
• Amazon storefront optimization
• Create a simple plan to grow traffic and clicks over time
• Track what’s working and suggest improvements

5. Scaling Support
• Identify ways to:
• Add more products efficiently
• Improve conversion rates
• Expand to multiple niches if successful
• Propose automation or tools where helpful (free or low-cost preferred)

• Experience with e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or online stores
• Comfortable building things from scratch
• Able to work independently and problem-solve
• Familiar with Amazon affiliate rules (or willing to learn quickly)
• Organized, proactive, and communicative

Additional Expectations & Notes (Please Read Carefully)
• Ownership & Access
• All platforms, stores, domains, tools, and assets must be created under my ownership (using my email or credentials I provide).
• No accounts should be created under the VA’s personal email unless explicitly approved.
• Timeline
• Store setup and initial launch expected within 7–14 days.
• Initial store should include 20–50 affiliate products minimum.
• Reporting
• Weekly updates required, including:
• What was completed
• Products added or optimized
• Traffic/click activity (if any)
• What’s working vs. what’s not
• Next steps for growth
• Amazon Affiliate Compliance
• All links, disclosures, and content must follow Amazon Associates policies.
• VA is responsible for ensuring proper affiliate disclosures are visible.
• Content & Growth Strategy
• VA should propose free or organic growth methods, such as:
• SEO-friendly content
• Product roundups or comparison pages
• Blog-style content
• Social media traffic ideas (Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Tools & Automation
• Recommend free or low-cost tools to improve efficiency, SEO, and tracking.
• Avoid paid ads unless discussed and approved.
• Mindset
• This role requires initiative and problem-solving.
• If you see a better way to build or scale the store, I expect you to communicate and recommend it.
• Growth Opportunity
• If performance is strong, this can turn into ongoing work and expansion into additional stores or niches.
