Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, 10+ hours/week, Long-Term)

I run a parenting + education business based in New Zealand. I support families with sleep and connection-based parenting, and I deliver online programmes and workshops. I’m looking for a reliable, proactive Marketing VA to help grow my audience and increase customer base. I’m looking for a long term team member, not a short-term freelancer.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Lead Generation & Funnels
-Create and format lead magnets in Canva
-Set up landing pages
-Connect opt-ins to email sequences
-Test and improve conversion rates

Email Marketing
-Build and schedule newsletters
-Set up automated nurture sequences
-Segment email lists
-Monitor open rates and suggest improvements

Social Media
-Repurpose blog and podcast content into posts
-Schedule content consistently
-Help grow audience reach

Website Support
-Update website content
-Improve calls to action
-Basic SEO optimisation
-Check that funnels and links are working properly

Skills & Experience Required
-Proven experience in digital marketing
-Experience with email marketing platforms
-Basic understanding of SEO
-Strong written English
-Detail-oriented and organised
-Able to work independently and suggest improvements
Bonus if you have experience working with coaches, educators, or online course businesses.
