Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

GoalsWon is a human accountability platform, where clients are assigned a dedicated human coach, who provides daily accountability through a purpose built app, as well as regular video calls. The coaches help the clients with their goals in work and/or life, as well as helping improve wellbeing and daily habits. There is no AI used in the service, the coaching is 100% human led - our coaches genuinely care for the success of our clients.

This role’s key goals are to:
- Develop and execute marketing plans
- Manage different marketing channels
- Increase traffic and revenue
- Improve conversion and retention
- Build brand voice and grow awareness
- Coordinate with other members of the team (dev, product, coaches etc) and freelancers (specialist support where needed)

Tasks include the following
- Market research
- Analysis and generation of user personas
- Research reference apps and sites, and gather best practices
- Generating content and ideas (writing copy etc)
- Running experiments and A/B tests
- Landing page and funnel creation and optimization
- Lifecycle marketing
- Develop case studies and success stories
- Manage ad budgets
- Metrics tracking and data analysis in support of goals

Marketing channels to be managed will include
- Affiliates - program and custom
- Wellbeing / productivity app / corporate partnerships
- Influencer engagement
- Social media channels and marketing (text, image, video, animation etc)
- SEO and GEO
- PR and media placement / engagement / evangelism
- Paid ads (multiple formats and channels)
- Viral campaigns - idea generation and coordination
- Email and notification sequences (all stages of user lifecycle)

Requirements
- Social media native, run successful channels in different platforms
- Excellent written skills and experience with content creation (written, video etc)
- Website / conversion rate optimization
- Friendly, sense of humor and proactive, self-starter mindset
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Passion for wellbeing, productivity and accountability
- Bonus - background in psychology, behavioral science, or wellness
