Customer Engagement Assistant (Chat Support – Remote)

We are hiring a full-time Sales Chat Assistant to help build relationships with potential customers via online chat.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with leads and interested customers, build trust, and guide conversations toward sales in a natural, human way. This is not scripted customer support — this is relationship-based communication focused on engagement and conversion.

You will be working with warm leads who have already shown interest. Your job is to maintain conversations, build emotional connection, and help convert interest into purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Chat with potential customers and respond quickly
• Build trust and maintain ongoing conversations
• Develop relationships that lead to sales
• Follow clear communication guidelines and frameworks
• Keep conversations organised and consistent
• Meet daily activity and performance targets

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has excellent written English
• Is persuasive and emotionally intelligent
• Understands human psychology and communication
• Is reliable, disciplined, and consistent
• Is comfortable working toward performance targets

This is a long-term role with stable hours. Top performers can quickly increase their income and move into higher-level positions.

Full training is provided.

$2.5 p/h + commission. Our top sales people earn $1200 per month
