Content & Social Media VA — Daily Short-Form Video + Blog Publishing

, a growing dance media site, and need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to keep our content engine running and free up the owner's time.
What you'll do:
• Produce at least one short-form video per day (45–59 sec) using our existing pipeline: HeyGen (rotating our pre-made characters/poses) → Captions app (rotating caption style daily) → TrendTok (descriptions + hashtags) → publish to TikTok → fan out to YouTube Shorts and other socials.
• Engage in dance communities on Reddit — 3 thoughtful, on-the-rules replies per community, twice a week, to build credibility over time.
• Publish 1+ blog article per week: take the writer's draft, source/generate images, and post via our built-in site tools.
• Update our newsletter as needed (repurposing recent content).
• Handle inbound customer questions and seller inquiries; escalate anything needing owner approval.
• Support growth of our iOS/Android app (app-store listing optimization, review responses, driving downloads).
You should have: strong English, social-media and short-form video experience, reliability with daily deadlines, and comfort learning our tools (HeyGen, Captions, TrendTok, Reddit tools, our CMS). Familiarity with the dance/creator space is a plus.
How we work: documented SOPs, a shared task board, a weekly check-in, and a monthly review of results. We value people who own their work and flag problems early.
