Content & Production Associate

The Opportunity
You’ll work directly with the media producer, supporting both operations and creative production.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn systems, understand strategy, and grow with the company.

Your Responsibilities
- Podcast Operations & Production
- Coordinate recording schedules by checking both studio availability and guest availability.
- Research and identify potential guests aligned with upcoming seasons.
- Conduct outreach to potential guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Receive pre-edited video/audio files from the studio.
- Coordinate handover to editors and track the post-production workflow.
- Maintain episode timelines, checklists, and launch schedules.

Content Creation & Social Media
- Write compelling episode descriptions for podcast platforms.
- Craft engaging reels captions and short-form copy aligned with brand tone.
- Post and schedule social media content.
- Perform basic video editing for the long form episode, reels and short clips (cutting, captions, enhancements).
- Design simple but clean posters, event creatives, and brochures for workshops and promotions.

Event & Workshop Operations
- Manage registration spreadsheets and track payments.
- Coordinate venue or online bookings and setup.
- Order refreshments and event supplies where required.
- Prepare Zoom links, reminder emails, and run sheets.
- Support live/online event flow.
- Take photos and videos during events for documentation and marketing.
- Send post-event surveys and handle follow-ups.

Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars across podcast, workshops, and 1:1 sessions.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain clean digital folders and documentation.
- Build and refine simple SOPs as we scale.

Who We’re Looking For
