Content Organizer / Media Manager (Travel Creator)

I am a travel content creator producing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram.

I film frequently while traveling and need a reliable and organized Content Organizer to manage and structure my raw media files.

This role focuses on creating order, systems, and clarity behind the scenes so content production becomes faster and more consistent.

This is not a creative editing role — it is a structure and organization role.

Responsibilities
• Organize raw video files in Google Drive
• Rename and categorize footage by:
• Country
• Theme (adventure, reflection, humor, etc.)
• Status (To Edit / Editing / Posted)
• Create clean folder structures
• Tag strong clips for potential hooks
• Maintain a simple content tracking spreadsheet
• Ensure no footage is lost or duplicated
• Prepare folders for editor handoff

What I’m Looking For
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with large amounts of media files
• Good written English
• Able to follow systems and improve them
• Reliable and consistent

Bonus:
• Experience working with creators
• Basic understanding of short-form content workflow
