We are building a remote team called QREW Marketing focused on AI-powered marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a creative and reliable Content Creator to produce videos and graphics for marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create short-form videos using AI tools
- Edit video content for social media
- Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and visuals
- Follow campaign direction from strategist

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in video editing or graphic design
- Basic knowledge of social media content formats
- Creative mindset
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based role.

Revenue split:
80% goes to the team
20% goes to the company
