📌 Job Responsibilities (Summary)
Flight Training Community

Engage across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Threads, Pinterest

Greet students sa milestones (first solo, checkride, new certs)

Join aviation groups & comment, answer questions, build rapport

DM students para kamustahin progress nila at mag-recommend ng FLY8MA courses

Flight School Outreach

Research flight schools (FB + Google)

Track contacts and top schools using our products

Engage with their pages to build connections

Re-engage Past Members

Reach out sa mga former members

Offer support, reminders, or new course suggestions

Promote Alaska-based training kapag relevant

Alaska Tourism Community

Join Alaska travel groups

Engage with posts about itineraries, bear viewing, flightseeing, “things to do”

Promote our Airbnbs & tours when appropriate

Research influencers/bloggers for partnerships

General Community Care

Reply to comments/messages

Maintain friendly, professional tone

Collect common questions for future content ideas

🧠 Requirements
2–3 yrs community management/social engagement experience

Aviation background = major bonus

Strong English communication

Comfortable mag-initiate ng conversation

Organized, proactive, kaya mag-handle ng multiple platforms

Computer: i5 / 16GB RAM

Internet: 50 Mbps+

💰 Salary + Bonuses
₱40,000–₱60,000/month (DOE)

Quarterly bonuses kapag na-hit ang new membership/customer goals

Full-time, Tue–Sat, 6am–2pm Manila time
