Commercial & Residential Cleaning co. Lead Gen Partner (Remote VA role) base + commission

We are hiring a reliable cold caller / appointment setter Lead Gen Partner- to help us secure high-value cleaning clients (commercial & residential).
Our focus is on **fast bookings and contracts worth $500+** (one-time or recurring). we like for you to find contracts in Los Angeles, or in California , we just need consistent clients,

Your primary role is to **reach decision-makers, set qualified appointments, and pass the lead to the founder to close.**

#💰 Pay Structure

• $35 per week (trial period) is a week to see if you can generate leads
• Additional 5% performance bonus** on deals successfully closed from your booked appointments for example if the deal is $5000 you get 5% of it, this happens with any deal that actually closes, we close the deal we just need you to find the warm leads

• Weekly payment issued after completed tasks & reporting
• We value consistency and communication via Slack

### 🎯 Responsibilities

• Cold call restaurants, homes, gyms, offices, retail, and commercial spaces
• Focus on **one-time deep cleans or recurring contracts**
• Prioritize opportunities worth **$500+**
• Identify and reach **decision-makers (owners, managers, property managers)**
• Set **qualified appointments** for the founder

You must clearly track:
• Who you called
• Who answered
• Decision-maker name
• Interest level
• Appointment status
