Client Acquisition & Digital Marketer

We are a behavioral psychology and empowerment coaching brand specializing in confidence, identity work, and private mentorship. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Assistant to support our brand growth.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing and improving lead funnels
• Posting and distributing content across key platforms (Reddit, X, Telegram, etc.)
• Researching platforms, trends, and communities relevant to the niche
• Warm outreach to potential clients using approved messaging frameworks
• Tracking analytics and conversion performance
• Assisting with audience growth strategies and digital marketing projects

Ideal candidate qualities:
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Comfortable working within a unique coaching niche centered on empowerment, relationships, and identity
• Familiarity with digital marketing, online communities, or content-based businesses is a plus

This role starts part-time with room for growth based on performance.
