Chat Support (Fully Remote)

In this role, you’ll be connecting with customers in a natural and engaging way, understanding what they need, and guiding the conversation toward a positive result.

Build connection with customers through conversation
Identify needs and suggest the right offers
Follow scripts while adjusting based on the situation
