Certified Financial Planner® / Personal Finance Advisor

This is for credentialed financial planning professionals with real client-facing experience serving everyday households. You'll contribute your expertise to an AI training project — helping shape how AI understands personal financial guidance.

What the work involves:
— Reviewing realistic client financial scenarios covering budgets, retirement, debt, and savings
— Evaluating AI-generated financial advice for accuracy, suitability, and compliance
— Sharing the decision frameworks, rules of thumb, and language you use with actual clients
— Providing written feedback that helps AI communicate financial guidance clearly and responsibly

Requirements — please read before applying:
✔️ Several years of client-facing experience as a Financial Planner, Advisor, or Consultant
✔️ CFP® certification strongly preferred — or ChFC with substantial practical experience
✔️ Deep expertise in budgeting, cash-flow planning, debt management, and retirement planning
✔️ Strong compliance orientation and commitment to fiduciary / client-first standards
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication — you explain tradeoffs in clear, simple language
✔️ US-based — this is a firm requirement, not a preference

Preferred:
— Experience in holistic financial coaching or mass-market / workplace advisor roles
— Background in developing planning checklists, playbooks, or mentoring junior advisors

No AI experience required. Your credentials and client experience are what this role demands.
