Phase 1 – Build:
    •    Salary: AUD $325/month (~PHP 19,175)

Phase 2 – Operations Manager:
    •    Salary growth: + $650 (~PHP 38,350) for every 100 new paying customers
    •    Responsible for running the call centre daily

ClickGo Australia provides phone-based assistance for seniors, helping with everyday tasks and concierge services.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to build our entire call centre operations from scratch and then transition into the long-term Operations Manager role.

Marketing, sales, and customer acquisition are handled by the founder. You focus only on operations.

📌 ROLE OVERVIEW

Phase 1 – Build (0–3 months)
    •    Set up Zoom Phone, call queues, IVR, voicemail routing
    •    Implement CRM and ticketing systems
    •    Design SOPs and workflow manuals
    •    Build agent hiring and training program
    •    Recruit and train first 1–5 agents
    •    Establish reporting dashboards

Phase 2 – Operations Manager (ongoing)
    •    Oversee daily call centre operations
    •    Manage agent performance, schedules, and KPIs
    •    Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching
    •    Ensure excellent service for elderly customers
    •    Implement continuous process improvements
    •    Report to the founder weekly

You are not responsible for marketing or customer acquisition.

📌 REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    •    3+ years experience in call centre operations, BPO management, or operations leadership
    •    Experience building call centres from scratch preferred
    •    Knowledge of Zoom Phone or similar VOIP systems
    •    Experience with CRM and ticketing tools
    •    Ability to write SOPs and create training programs
    •    Strong leadership and organisational skills
    •    Excellent English communication skills
