THE OPPORTUNITY

Content creators need technical support to focus on what they do best - creating.
That's where you come in.

Your role:
- Manage the technical side of live broadcasts (bitrate stability, frame drops, latency)
- Operate broadcasting software (OBS, StreamLabs, Wirecast)
- Manage viewer chat environments
- Solve technical issues quickly
- Report performance analytics

Why this matters: Great technical support = better content = happier audiences = creator success

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Requirements:
- Between 18-30 years old, male
- Can communicate in English (doesn't need to be perfect)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Have your own PC/laptop with good specs (details below)
- Can work full-time hours

Bonus points if you:
- Watch streams on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, etc.
- Play online games or hang out in gaming communities
- Have experience with Discord, Reddit, or online forums
- Enjoy problem-solving and helping people

Never had experience in broadcasts? No problem - we're looking for the right attitude and aptitude, not experience.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

You'll need a decent PC because professional software (like OBS) uses a lot of resources. Here's the minimum specs that work well:

Processor (CPU):
- Intel: i5-10400, i5-11400, i5-12400, i7-10700K (or any newer/faster i5, i7, i9)
- AMD: Ryzen 5 1600, Ryzen 5 3600, Ryzen 5 5600 (or any newer/faster Ryzen)

Graphics Card (GPU):
- NVIDIA: GTX 1060 (6GB), GTX 1660, RTX 2060 (or better - RTX 3060, 4060, etc.)
- AMD: RX 5600, RX 6600 (or better - RX 7600, etc.)

Other stuff:
- 16GB RAM (minimum)
- Fast internet (At least 100+ Mbps stable connection)
- Windows 10 or 11

If you have a gaming PC or built your own computer, you're probably good to go!

COMPENSATION

Starting Salary: $600-$780/month
- Weekly payments directly to your bank account
- Training period (4-5 days)
- Full salary from day one - no probation period discounts

Career Growth:
As you gain experience and take on more responsibilities, your compensation grows accordingly. Senior operators and team coordinators earn significantly more, with clear advancement paths based on performance.

Schedule:
- 4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Flexible shift (morning/afternoon/evening/night)
- Additional compensation for overnight shifts

TRAINING & CAREER GROWTH

What happens after you're hired:

Week 1: Training
- Learn software basics
- Practice moderating chats
- Understand quality standards
- Get assigned a mentor who guides you

Week 2-3: Probation (paid everyday)
- Start working with our real clients
- Your mentor checks in regularly
- Build your confidence

Month 2+: Regular work
- You're fully independent
- Opportunities to advance
- Path to senior roles or team management

Average time to promotion: 6-8 months
