Auction Listing & Data Management Assistant (WaveBid / HiBid / LiveAuctioneers)

Description:
We are a high-volume auction company seeking a detail-oriented virtual assistant to manage auction listings and inventory across multiple platforms.

You will be working with:

WaveBid (lot management)
HiBid (timed auctions)
LiveAuctioneers (catalog uploads)
CSV Spreadsheets

We run large timed auctions with 1,000+ items, and accuracy is critical.

Responsibilities:

Upload auction lots from WaveBid to HiBid and LiveAuctioneers
Organize and upload images to correct lots
Write and improve item titles using keywords
Manage unsold inventory after each auction
Remove sold items and prepare remaining items for the next auction
Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions exactly
Good written English (for item titles)
Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Reliable internet and ability to work consistently

Test Task (REQUIRED):
To be considered, complete the following:

Rename these 5 auction item titles to be clearer and more searchable
Organize 10 images into correct lots (instructions provided)

Hours:
20–40 hours per week (long-term position)
