I’m looking for a detail-oriented VA to help run the backend of an Airbnb arbitrage operation.
This role is research, outreach, and organization only — you are NOT investing money, signing leases, or speaking on my behalf beyond approved messages.

What you’ll be doing:
Research profitable Airbnb markets
Check short-term rental rules by city
Find apartment listings & property managers
Send outreach messages using provided scripts
Track responses and follow-ups
Organize everything in Google Sheets
Escalate qualified opportunities to me when required

What I provide:
Step-by-step training PDF
Airbnb account login (for messaging only)
Outreach email
Scripts, trackers, and clear rules
Daily expectations + structure

Important:
You do NOT negotiate deals
You do NOT speak for me on calls
You do NOT change passwords or settings
This is NOT a profit-sharing role
If you are organized, consistent, and can follow systems exactly, this is long-term work.
