Using our systems you will manage quoting, marketing, and communication end-to-end and fully independently. Role Overview
This role covers multiple functions, each system is already built and running. Your job is to execute with consistency and precision using clear processes and AI tools.
This isn’t a support position. You’ll be expected to use highly efficient workflows and manage your own schedule.
You will provide highly responsive communication, use ChatGPT, VEO 3, satellite imagery, automation tools, and Jobber CRM to make quoting, communications, and marketing more efficient and accurate than any competitor in the industry. You will have direct access to customers through the main inbox and phone number (text only).
 
What You’ll Do:

Quote Preparation
• Respond rapidly to incoming leads and collect the required information (photos, name, address, contact details, and description of project)
• Follow up until all details are gathered.
• Use Google Street View, Apple Look Around, and satellite imagery to create annotated screenshots of the property.
• Use ChatGPT to identify and list the plants in the photos sent by the customer and draft initial quotes (to be finalized by the founder)
 
Content Production
• Create AI-generated SEO articles using ChatGPT and post on the Ascent Yard Care blog
• Create AI-generated videos using VEO 3
• Promote offers, discounts and seasonal promotions across social media and Google Business Profile posts
 
Communication
• Respond to leads that come in via text, voicemail, missed calls, and emails to collect the required information in order to prepare a quote (we do not answer the phone, text only)
• Maintain a professional, helpful tone in all communications.
• Convert quotes
• Convert one off customers into recurring customers
• Get previous customers to book again
• Draft email replies using ChatGPT and premade response templates
 
Organization
• Audit texts, voicemail, missed calls, and emails ensuring nothing gets missed.
• Use Jobber CRM to categorize customers, mark invoices as paid and follow up with overdue invoices
• Continuously optimize internal workflows using automation and data.
 
Bonus Skills
• Build further automations using n8n, Lindy, or Zapier to save time and increase throughput.

Mandatory Test Project: Create a Full Front Yard Garden Service Quote
 
Objective
Show that you can independently research, analyze, and prepare a professional, AI-assisted quote for a real property. This test measures your ability to gather data, use tools like satellite imagery and ChatGPT, and communicate clearly and professionally as if you were already working at Ascent Yard Care.

Scenario
A new client has requested a quote for complete front yard service including:
• Shrub trimming and shaping
• Hedge trimming and topping
• Tree pruning
• Full garden bed clean-out (weeding, edging, bark mulch install)
• Lawn weed herbicide treatment (to get rid of lawn weeds)
• Collection and disposal of cuttings and debris

Your Task
1. Research the Property
• Use Google Street View, Apple Look Around and Satellite View to examine the property
• Take 4 screenshots and outline 1-2 key items in red on each screenshot
• Identify the size and layout of the front yard
2. Use AI Tools
• Upload the photos into ChatGPT to:
• Identify the trees, shrubs, and plants present
• Write the quote based on the trees, shrubs, and plants in clear language suitable for a customer.
3. Prepare the Quote
Include:
• Price (fixed price based on $120 per man hour)
• Scope of work (list all tasks included)
• Guarantee statement (free follow-up herbicide treatment if weed regrowth occurs)
• Add-ons or recommendations (optional recurring maintenance suggestion)
Format it as if you were sending it to the customer through email.
4. Optional Bonus
• Create an AI-generated image that looks real and could be used in a social media post.
• Generate a caption that could be used on Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile.
• Generate and SEO optimized article for one-day-garden-makeover in Vancouver, BC
