AI Developer / Automation Engineer

We are a newly established EU-based startup providing innovative AI-driven business solutions for companies across different industries.
Our current focus is on developing a smart AI phone assistant capable of handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, sending SMS confirmations, integrating with CRM systems, and providing customer support when clients encounter issues.

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated AI Developer who can help us build, refine, and maintain these systems. You should have a solid background in AI integration, voice/speech processing, automation workflows, and client support.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an AI voice assistant that can handle phone calls
• Integrate AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Whisper, Twilio, Dialogflow, etc.)
• Build automation workflows for SMS confirmations, bookings, and CRM data entry
• Provide technical support to clients when they face issues with the AI system
• Maintain and improve existing AI tools and backend systems
• Collaborate with our small international team (EU timezone)

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Python or Node.js
• Experience with APIs (Twilio, OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, etc.)
• Understanding of NLP and speech recognition models
• Familiarity with backend frameworks and database management
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience working remotely
• Ability to handle client support in a professional manner
