AI Automation & SEO Assistant (Property Research Platform)

About the Project
I am building a Real Estate Data & Analysis platform focused on studying residential markets in Florida. The platform generates structured property analysis reports that help investors understand trends in development, rental demand, and value.

The research itself is performed by an AI agent. Your role is to help improve the website for Google and assist with simple automation workflows that organize the reports.

Responsibilities
• Help improve website pages so they perform better on Google
• Assist with basic SEO improvements (page titles, structure, links)
• Help set up simple automations using Make
• Connect tools like Google Sheets, forms, and AI outputs
• Assist with organizing automated property analysis reports
• Help with basic Google Ads setup if needed

Skills
• Some experience with SEO or website optimization
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Basic experience with Make or similar automation tools
• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Familiar with website builders like Squarespace or similar

What I’m Looking For
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable learning new tools
• Interested in automation and AI tools

Time Commitment
Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week), with potential to grow.
