AI Automation & Data Pipeline Engineer

We are building a real estate market intelligence platform focused on identifying investment opportunities in specific U.S. submarkets.

We are looking for a developer experienced in automation, APIs, and data pipelines who can help build the backend infrastructure that collects property data, analyzes it, and generates simple investment reports.

Responsibilities
• Build automated data pipelines using Python
• Connect data sources via APIs (MLS exports, real estate data sources, etc.)
• Structure and clean property datasets
• Automate generation of market reports and investment summaries
• Integrate OpenAI or similar AI tools to analyze property data
• Connect automation tools (Make, Zapier, or n8n)
• Deliver structured outputs that can be displayed on a website
