Adobe Illustrator Vector Production Designer (Manufacturing / SVG Files – NOT Canva)

If you primarily use Canva for design, this job is NOT for you.
We are hiring a production-level Illustrator specialist who understands clean vector paths, compound paths, expand appearance, and manufacturing-ready SVG exports.
Canva-only designers will not be considered.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a premium metal wall art brand (AXIOMSTEEL) and other POD brands.
This is NOT social media design.
This is NOT logo brainstorming.
This is structured vector production work for laser-cut metal products.
You will be creating and modifying clean, precise vector files that go into physical manufacturing.
Precision matters.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You MUST:
• Be advanced in Adobe Illustrator
• Understand anchor points and path cleanup
• Use Compound Paths properly
• Understand Expand Appearance vs Outline Stroke
• Create clean SVG files with no stray points
• Maintain organized layers
• Follow strict typography alignment rules

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Create design variations from templates
• Replace personalization text cleanly
• Adjust spacing based on name length
• Prepare manufacturing-ready SVG and AI files
• Export mockup PNG files
• Follow strict folder structure and naming conventions
This role is production-focused and detail-driven.
